We used digital signage, phygital experiences, relationship marketing and the brand's customer contact points to provide the new Kutxabank branch in with a new personality and technology. The branch contains several tech elements, such as a digital check-in area, tablets, internet and mobile banking points and a large video wall.
By combining design, technology, development and innovation we have created a unique brand experience that promotes their branding and manages to build a strong identity and association. Our work involved focusing development on improving the business and enhancing customer experience via the digital contact points.
We have developed a technology solution to enable content to be managed and updated using a cloud-based system, whereby information can be segmented and displayed at a specific point or all points at once - remotely, simply and effectively. We are currently run the design, development, coordination and management of all the branch’s digital content.

We transferred all of Kutxabank’s offers and products to an attractive digital environment, supported by a positive user experience and aided by tools for serving users and the brand, such as product simulators, or a custom card design service.
We included the bank’s entire financial offering under a single channel, to provide a simple user experience and focus content on conversion.
