Web apps are those applications that are developed with web technology and therefore accessible via an intranet or the Internet. These applications are the cheapest and easiest to develop. However, the user experience is limited as the app usually cannot access the hardware functions of mobile phones, such as GPS, contacts or location. In addition, the user experience, loading speed and performance is not as good as in hybrid apps.
