Methodology that uses the iconic Lego bricks as a tool to facilitate team learning. Construction is the basis of this technique, designed by Lego to develop skills that will encourage innovation and improve the performance of staff at businesses and organizations. Each participant builds their own three-dimensional model with Lego pieces in response to the challenge or the questions posed by an expert facilitator. These models are then used as the basis for a debate, shared knowledge, problem-solving, and taking decisions.
