The brand promise is the commitment that a brand has towards its customers. It is the expectation of service or product generated by a brand in the consumer, or what is the same, what it must meet to maintain trust and brand consistency. This is why the brand promise, and the compliance with it, is one of the keys for successful brands, since through this promise the company establishes what it will do and what its customers will receive without exception.
