The rental of certain physical space at a data centre owned by the provider, where clients can set up their own servers in a specially-adapted environment and with optimal security and connectivity conditions. The company providing the housing supplies the space, electricity, cooling, and the security and connectivity services. The servers or equipment are owned and administered by the client directly.
