Strategy consisting of establishing a relationship with the lead -or registered user- offering them valuable information over time, so they can develop a relationship with our brand, until they are prepared to take a purchase decision.

To cultivate this lead different techniques are employed, such as the sending of customised newsletters with content of interest and communication activities via social networking sites.
