What is social selling?

New sales model that uses social media, especially platforms of a professional kind such as Linkedin, to identify potential clients and connect with them, with the aim of establishing a relationship based on confidence and accompanying them through the purchase process in order to generate sales in the long term.

Among other aspects, it brings together a personalized approach to sales on the part of the seller, through its personal branding, and the production of shared content on social media in order to attract qualified leads.
