What is TOFU?

Name given to the first of the stages in a process of digital shopping by a consumer and which corresponds to the top of the sales funnel. This is the widest part, where the highest number of potential purchasers arrive, attracted by content that responds to their status (the awareness or discovery stage) such as e-books, infographs, or guides.
